Esto es poco común porq fue un trabajo para la U y tampoco sabia muy bien en q categoría ponerlo.
Este trabajo para la U era diseñar un pan, considerando las formas y texturas de pan q existen, por lo q se debia ser original y funcional. De sabor mi pan no tenia ninguna gracias, pero fue un momento grato el comerlo. Es brillante porq tiene yema de huevo. Pero basicamente es pan amasado. La gastronomía es arte igual. |
